For April’s Earth Day meeting we’re going to celebrate by hosting a declutter & swap, so bring any gently used fabrics, patterns, books, or notions to trade. Sometimes, items aren’t immediately recognized for the awesome offering that they really are, so we will provide a chance to explain so no items go unclaimed!  We will all be respectful of each other and endeavor to not take everything on the table at once so we can all get a fun ‘new to me’ item (or two, or three… depending on how much is on offer!).  Please be prepared to take home any items you bring that are not adopted by the end of the evening.

There will also be a paid table, we will have index cards that you can put your name, payment preference, and price for folks to settle with you by the end of the evening. You may also tag your items before coming if you choose.

Plus, we’ll reveal the results of our Ugly Fabric Challenge—you won’t want to miss it! Bring your item to share, even if it’s not QUITE finished, we definitely want to see what fun things everyone has done with their bundle! I know there were some folks working on their project at the guild retreat…

Snacks will be provided. And don’t forget your Sew and Tell items, cheering each other’s creativity is always encouraged!
